Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the GOAT SMP store and the purchase of virtual items. By buying anything you confirm that you have read and agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to make a purchase. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have permission from a parent or guardian and use their payment method with their consent.

2. Virtual items

All packages are licences to use virtual items on GOAT SMP. They are not your property, cannot be exchanged for real money, and may be modified or removed as part of normal server balancing and updates.

3. Delivery

Provide the correct Minecraft username at checkout. Items are usually delivered within a minute of joining goatsmp.com. We are not responsible for items delivered to the wrong account because of an incorrect username.

4. Conduct

Purchasing items does not exempt you from the server rules. Ranks and perks may be suspended without refund if you break the rules, cheat, or abuse exploits.

5. Payments & chargebacks

Payments are handled by our payment provider. Fraudulent payments and chargebacks will result in removal of items and a ban from the server and store. See our Refund Policy.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the store after changes means you accept the updated terms.
